Are you looking to make more ad money from your apps? Well in this video, I’ll show you a simple, clever and more importantly clean way to incorporate ads into whatever app you may have. This is a win-win for everyone as the user as it is clean and they will be the ones asking for the ads, it’s a win for you because you are making more money, and it’s a win for the advertisers as people actually engage with the ads.

One example of an app which did a good job in incorporating ads is Duolingo. After I take a Spanish lesson using this app, it will show me an inner stitchalad for a free app with a little note which says “This ad helps keep education free”. I didn’t have to pay for anything so I was more than willing to check it out. It’s not a banner ad either so it’s non-obtrusive and there is just a little link for the option to go ad free for people to go premium. The second ad that it will show would be a promotion, still in inner stitchal form, and in the bottom is just a link which says “No, thanks”.They may be testing which format would get more people to click so you can also do both and play with things.

Banner ads are great and all but video ads do better and earn more money. For this same ad, right before I start a lesson, it will show me an inner stitchal which would state “Watch an ad to start your lesson with more health!” I don’t have the data but I feel that it may be better to have this ad after my lesson.

Another example of an app which does their app well is Merged, a puzzle game. When I go through a grueling puzzle and lose, it will show me a message asking if I want to gain more points. Once I click yes, it will show me a video ad which will make me double my points.
