Show Notes

Mindset Shifts When Starting a Company

Outlook changes after selling a company. On one hand, you feel you can now take it easy because in a way you have made it but on the other hand, you also want to do something big. This ambivalence will probably last for a few months and will be replaced by an overwhelming desire to do something really big, something that effects change. The appreneur is not so pressured to make money anymore and therefore he can afford to think of doing something to give back to the community.

Finding a Co-Founder

It is smart to keep your thoughts to yourself but on the other hand it is also good to be open about your goals, how you feel and what you expect so everyone is on the same page. Thus,in finding a co-founder it is important to be open, lay all the cards on the table and just think that you and your co-founder are on a special journey of discovery. Be open up front so expectations are clear and the goals are aligned with everyone.
