Building and Growing their Business

This team of husband and wife had been in the health care space since 2001 and have been servicing a big chunk of the diabetes market. They realized that there are 29 million people in the US that have diabetes and 86 million people are in the pre-diabetic stage. With this knowledge, they thought of ways to not just grow their business but at the same time, devised ways to bring about solutions to these people.

In addition to this, their company also helps otherhealth care industries, such as pharmacies and equipment providers, accelerate their sales cycles by helping them enroll new patients. They do this by doing nationwide marketing campaigns to help generate awareness for people who have diabetes and qualify those individuals.

Surviving when a Big Client Leaves

When a big client left, Zeeshan shared that they just needed to find a way out and survive so they looked at what others were doing, what else was happening in the industry, the other players who are still aroundand devised ways on how to engage them. They looked at options and figured out who the competitors that are and how they can be approached.
