The Trends with Ad Creators for Video Ads
The biggest trend in creating video ads lately is the increasing shift to short-form videos. These videos are those you will find “stupid simple“ and only last three to four seconds long — no more than that.
Shamanth Rao, the CEO of RocketShip HP, experimented this extensively with Snapchat. The platform has a limit of no more than 10 seconds and he found out that a 3 or 4-minute video with one message or one call-to-action works well due to its level of simplicity.
When your video ads are effective, you can expect an increase in your return on investment (ROI). Considering Shamanth’s experiment, you might want to consider shorter videos for your next ads.
