Julio is working on a project and they did customer interviews and found that things that they would not have ever come across if they did not go through this validation process.This interview process, Steve Blank’s empathy interview, let’s you go through your consumers’ pain so you elicit non-hypothetical questions about their behavior which will get them to tell their stories. This type of interview uses your customers’ words to market it back to them and one that Julio highly recommends.
